B. Agenda Review

Motion to accept agenda made by Evelise Ribeiro and seconded by Mary Blair; unanimous approval.

C. Review of Minutes
Motion to accept minutes made by Bob Spirito, seconded by Reverend Johnson; unanimous approval.

D. Internal Affairs Statistical Report
Captain Peterson reported that seven C cases were opened and eight cases were closed in July.

E. Internal Affairs (IA) Remarks
Captain Peterson stated that cases are being sent to patrol to be handled by supervisors.
IA Pro software has been ordered to update computer system.

F. Open Floor
Doug Hausladen reported that Dwight Management Team is conducting a Quality of Life survey, with a goal of 500 responses

G. Subcommittee Reports –
NACOLE - NACOLE conference will be held in Austin Texas on November 3, 2009. We can check the website for more information.
By Laws By laws committee handed out proposals for bylaws changes to be voted on at next meeting.

H. Unfinished Business
The issue of parking at City Hall as opposed to One Union was discussed. Election of Vice-Chair at September meeting.
